Europe’s Arrogance and Britain’s Hypocrisy: Anti-American Sentiment Must End

It is time to strip away the polite pretence. Across the United Kingdom and the capitals of Europe, anti-American sentiment is not only tolerated—it is celebrated. From Westminster’s cocktail classes to the smug elite of Brussels and Berlin, contempt for America is now the fashionable badge of a broken continent.

Britain in particular has lost all right to scoff. Its once-proud institutions have rotted into mediocrity, and yet its politicians still crow about “moral superiority.” Keir Starmer’s government lectures Washington while fumbling even the most basic responsibilities at home. In France, Emmanuel Macron plays emperor, dreaming of grandeur while his streets burn. Germany’s leaders wag their fingers at America even as they rely on the U.S. to guarantee their security. And Brussels, bloated and self-important, treats the U.S. as an ATM to fund their fantasies while sneering at the very hand that shields them.

This arrogance is worse than hypocrisy. It is dangerous. Europe’s elite are vying to recreate fallen empires on the backs of their citizens, or else chasing profit in the shadows of authoritarian powers. Safety, dignity, and loyalty come second to vanity and greed.

Vice President J. D. Vance has made the position of the United States clear: America will not tolerate disrespect. Nor will it sit quietly while supposed allies shrug at their obligations. Europe has benefitted for decades from America’s sacrifices—its treasure, its soldiers, its innovation—yet now spits contempt at the very nation that saved it more than once from tyranny.

Starmer, Macron, and the Eurocrats in Brussels should take heed: failure to support the United States is not simply a diplomatic slight, it is an act of betrayal. And betrayal will not go unanswered.

The Dale Blues will not mince words: without the United States, Britain and Europe are hollow. They have no shield, no strength, and no claim to leadership. The fashionable anti-American sneers are not only ignorant—they are suicidal. America fights for peace. America fights for its citizens. And America fights for the free world.

The time has come for Europe to choose: stand with the United States or stand exposed as the arrogant, self-serving pretenders you are.
